          Walking Workouts - A Natural Way of Getting & Staying in Shape

          Walking workouts are a great way of getting or staying in shape with a qualified instructor and fellow like minded exercises who love the outdoors. Workouts last 1hr and include at least 40mins of walking and a variety of resistance exercises and stretches.  Group numbers are limited to a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10.

          If you would like to register for a walking group please fill in the form below selecting the group that you would be interested in joining. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration, a health questionnaire to fill in and bring to your 1st session and more information about the group such as location and timing.
