No matter what aspect of your fitness you want to improve, we have a training plan specifically tailored to get you there. We are the first licensed Sufferfest Embassy in Switzerland and with over 50 structured interval workouts designed by world class coaches.
You will get cadence, power & heart rate readings during your training to help you match your personalised targets as well as a detailed outline of your workout performance sent to you automatically at the end of your session. Your winter training plans are sorted.

No Treadmills Pain Cave Setup
We have tried to make our set up as simple and as compatible with a variety of bikes & sensors as possible. All you need to do is to simply show up with your bike, clip in and train. If you don't have a bike, that's ok. We've got you covered.
We provide the home trainer, towels, water, fans and fun and challenging workouts geared towards improving your biking skills, pedal stroke, cadence, threshold power, speed and more.
Book time with a personal coach to establish your cycling fitness levels, plan your winter training with as many sessions as you need to train, stay accountable and track progress.
Much like Personal Training, we have a simple, flexible and affordable pricing model. We charge 120.-Chf for an hour session. Discounts available through monthly subscriptions.
Mon/Thurs 6:30pm/7pm- 8pm
Lets face it. Misery enjoys company. Pride, competition and accountability from your peers (a.k.a. mocking) encourages you to push yourself further than you would go on your own.
The first week of classes are open to all. Neebies and seasoned Sufferlandrians.
