Spring is almost upon us and hopefully the snowing will cease, at least down here in the valley, and the sun will increasingly peak through the clouds over the coming weeks.
With the change in seasons, what a perfect time to try something new to kick start your fitness program this year.
Gone Walk About Workouts are an affordable and flexible way to help you get fitter, improve your health, reduce stress levels or lose weight. Sessions will start next week, the 9th of March at the Parc des Bastion at 9.30am til 10.30am, and runs every week day to give you the opportunity to exercise daily with a qualified instructor and fellow like-minded 'exercisers' who love the outdoors.
Sessions are designed to include :
- 45min walk (endurance or interval training included)
- Resistance exercises ( different muscle groups each day )
- Stretching ( increase flexibility and range of motion )
The spring term of 6 weeks costs 300.-Chf, and attendance to all sessions will cost as little as 10.-Chf each.
