Newsletter - Spring 2008
Well, unfortunately for those of us who are fans of snow sports, fondues
and hot wine, winter is slipping away, if a little reluctantly. Spring is nearly
with us, and with it comes more opportunities to enjoy the great
outdoors with a varirety of sporting events to keep us in shape. Here
are a few upcoming running events worth putting in your agenda. You can find more details of these events and more on the No Treadmills website calendar. Please feel free to post sporting events that you wish to share with No Treadmills members on the website

Pour Aide - 24e Course de Meinier
This is a popular event for all the family, with races for kids and adults ranging from 1km to 10kms. A great day out for all the family, for those participating in the races and those watching and eating the hot dogs.

Tour de Canton is a series of running races (8kms to 9kms) each Wednesday

* THE STUDIO*Thanks to all of you who have sent messages of encouragement
regarding the availability of an indoor location for personal training and
sports massage therapy. The studio has definately been appreciated by a
number of you avoiding the down pours of rain we have been experiencing these last
few weeks. The studio is located on the first floor at 7 rue Fribourg in Geneva, a few
minutes walk from the train station.
* SPRING WEB LINK *
Cycle with a group of
like minded individuals, at a slower pace, avoiding steep hills, with the
