Merry Christmas and Happy New Year - No Treadmills - Newsletter 2007

I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas and best wishes for the year to come.

Here is some news about exciting developments at No Treadmills.

* SPORTS AND REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPY *

Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy will be available in our new location from January 2008.

Sports and Remedial Massage concentrates mainly on soft tissues such as muscles and fascia, tendons and ligaments. Since the majority of injuries or muscular aches and pains originate from soft tissue related issues, massage is ideal in aiding the recovery from and prevention of soft tissue related injuries and can:

• Identify and reduce the chance of potential injuries
• Speed up the recovery process
• Improve range of motion and joint flexibility
• Improve posture
• Relieve tired and aching muscles
• Helps relieve muscle tension
• Breakdown of scar tissue

If you have already hit the slopes and are now painfully aware of muscles you forgot you had, or planning to ski and need help to loosen up and get rid of aches and pains from 2007, why not take advantage of the Christmas and New Year special offer.

* CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR SPECIAL OFFER*

20% discount on Sports & Remedial Massage - Valid from 15th December 2007 til 18th of January 2008

* A PLACE TO CALL HOME *

To accomodate the new massage therapy service and provide an indoor training space for clients I am happy to announce that I now have a studio where personal training, corrective exercise and sports massage therapy can be carried out.

The studio is located at the Institute of Natural Medicine, 7 rue Fribourg, 1201 Geneva which is a few minutes walk from the Gare Cornavin (Geneva train station) where there is ample parking in the street or in the underground parking of the near by shopping center. A shower is also available on the premises.

So, for those of you who dislike training in the cold, on dark winter nights or rainy days, your excuses to avoiding exercising have run out. ;o)

Enjoy the holidays and see you next year
