Assessment & Exercise ProgramAfter a detailed orthopedic assessment you will receive a taylor-made exercise program that meets your goals, strength and current health levels. By carrying out the exercises and stretches in your program you will improve your flexibility, stability, strength and balance. You will receive coaching in often neglected areas such as breathing, water, sleep, nutrition and exercise.Continued SupportLifestyle changes are not easy to implement. Some prefer a big bang approach to change. Others need to take one step at a time. Continuing coaching is available to help you along the way to acheive your health and fitness goals.Program InstructionExercise programs are taught outside, at home, in your local gym or at our training room in the paquis area of Geneva at a time convenient to you. Equipment needs are minimal, and it is recommended to acquire a stability ball (swiss ball), mat and a variety of dumbell weights.
