          Virtual Training

          Virtual Training is for those of you who are unable to commit to a regular training time, After an initial consultation you will be provided with a 4-6 week program designed to suit your needs and lifestyle. A review will be arranged to re-assess goals & modify the program as you improve your fitness levels.
