Group Outdoor Workouts

No Treadmills group workouts are a great way of getting or staying in shape with a qualified instructor and fellow like minded exercises who love the outdoors. Workouts last 1hr and include at least 40 to 45mins of an activity like walking, running, swimming or biking and a variety of resistance exercises and stretches. 

Group numbers are limited to a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10.

If you would like to join a group, check out the options currently available below and fill in the form selecting the group that you would be interested in joining. You can also suggest a group and location.  Once I have received your form I will contact you to give you more information about the activity, location and times.

Prices vary depending on numbers and frequency of workouts during the week, but will generally average out to 20.-Chf a session.
